My Approach

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or not quite like yourself—you're not alone. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, past experiences that still feel heavy, or the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I use a person-centered foundation, which means you’ll be met with empathy, understanding, and zero judgment—always. From there, I integrate family systems work to help you make sense of patterns in your relationships, roles, and life experiences, so things start to feel clearer instead of confusing or overwhelming.

I also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you get out of the cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and anxiety. Together, we’ll identify the thoughts and patterns that are keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, feeling the weight of anxiety, or working through past experiences, therapy is a space for you to breathe, process, and begin to feel like yourself again. You don’t have to figure it out on your own—I’m here to walk alongside you.
