About Me

Hi, I’m Bethany Langley, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions—including pregnancy and postpartum changes. I offer in-person and virtual sessions and accept BCBS insurance and self pay.

I earned my degrees from Faulkner University and Lipscomb University, and I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to move at your own pace.

I specialize in supporting women through anxiety, trauma, and the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy and postpartum. These seasons can feel overwhelming and isolating, and you don’t have to go through them alone.

I also offer Christian counseling for clients who would like to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. This can be incorporated in a way that aligns with your personal beliefs and comfort level.

At Willow Haven, I believe healing happens in a space where you feel understood, supported, and not judged.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

I look forward to connecting with you.
